Yes this skin is plain outright awesome. I even think it reads album art straight from the id3 tag instead of the folder.
However, the seek bar is buggy.
The Main player window needs to be a little wider to when the playlist editor is placed directly under it it has enough space to display what you need.
I'm not sure how the seekbar is buggy for you, 'cause I'm not having any trouble with sliding through songs/videos.
And the skin wasn't designed to have the playlist placed under the main window, but to be placed next to the main window.
